The Emergency Responder Communication Coverage (ERCC) Initial Grid Test Report form is used to check for radio coverage in a building to determine if the building has the radio coverage required by code, or if a Bidirectional Antenna System is needed to be installed in the building to boost the signal and enhance the coverage to meet the code.
