With the Online Queuing Service, customers can conveniently schedule and check-in for appointments and obtain a digital QFlow eTicket for walk-in services (limited). A QFlow eTicket allows the customers to receive their ticket service number via email prior to reaching the service branch and eliminates the need to obtain a paper ticket from the onsite QFlow kiosk. The following business units utilize the queuing scheduler:
- Administrative Regulatory Affairs (ARA)
- Houston Police Department (Auto Dealers Details)
- Houston Public Works (Utility Analysis)
- One Stop Plan Review
Select an option to schedule an appointment for plan review or other services using the Houston Permitting Center Microsoft Bookings.
With Microsoft Bookings, customers can conveniently schedule and check in for appointments for plan review or other services.
- A confirmation email will be sent, including links to join the Microsoft Teams meeting.
- Reminder emails will be sent prior to your scheduled appointment.
- You can manage your appointment (cancel or reschedule it) up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
- If it is less than 24 hours from your appointment, contact your plan reviewer.
Your appointment will be cancelled if your project does not qualify for the selected service or if the issue is resolved prior to the appointment.
To use the Bookings site:
- Select a service
- Select your assigned reviewer from the staff list
- Choose an available date and time
- Complete the required fields and select the Book button.
