Hours of Operation

The hours of operation for the cashiers are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Other services may vary.

Parking

Free parking is available in Lot 1 and Lot 2. Guest parking is no longer allowed in Lot 3. Metered parking is available on the surrounding streets and in the lot adjoining Amtrak.

The City of Houston is not responsible for any fees or charges associated with the towing, storage, or recovery of any vehicle removed from a neighboring lot or driveway.
