Connection to the City storm sewer from inside the property; abandonment of sewer connection; replacement work in the city right-of-way.
Requires Plan Review for Utilities in the Right of Way prior to applying for permit.
1. Permit application fee
2. One completed application
3.Copy of the excavation (street cut) permit
4. Two sets of approved plans (24”x36”, make sure that the plans approval dates are less than one year)
1. Bring the completed application and required documents to the 2nd floor. 2. Bring the sales order to the Cashier Booth on the first floor to complete payment for the plan review fee. 3. Bring the payment receipt to the Intake Window on the 2nd floor. Permit will be issued.
Full-Sized Plans (24x36) Approved by the City Engineer's Office
After the permit is issued, all related paperwork will be sent to the Construction Services Section. The customer must contact the assigned inspector listed on the permit to schedule an inspection, which must be arranged 48 hours in advance.
