Storm Sewer Permit
Connection to the City storm sewer from inside the property; abandonment of sewer connection; replacement work in the city right-of-way.
Requires Plan Review for Utilities in the Right of Way prior to applying for permit.
1. Permit application fee
2. One completed application
3. Copy of the excavation (street cut) permit
4. One set of approved plans (24”x36”), the approval date must be no less than a year old.

1. Bring your completed application with required supplemental documents to the 2nd floor, the Engineer/Encroachment group.
2. Once you receive the sales order, take it to the cashier window on the 1st floor to complete payment.
3. Return to the 2nd floor with the receipt of payment to complete the permit process and receive the permit.
Full-Sized Plans (24x36) Approved by the City Engineer's Office
After the permit is issued, all related paperwork will be sent to the Construction Services Section. The customer must contact the assigned inspector listed on the permit to schedule an inspection, which must be arranged 48 hours in advance.
