New or replacement fence. Fences of any material that exceed 8 feet above grade require a permit. Additionally, fences constructed completely or partially of masonry or concrete require a permit regardless of height above grade.
Permit must be kept on site until final approval is granted.

3. Pay plan review fee(s)
4. Receive email invitation to upload plans.
Requires approval by the Planning and Development group.

Once application is approved and the plan review (PX) fee has been paid, an email to upload and submit plans will be sent to the applicant.
Approved plans must be on site for inspection
