The Planning & Development Department Multi-Family site plan review process has moved to electronic submission review. A 30-day window to make this transition began Sept. 15.
Applicants will have the following options for submittal:
- Option 1 -- Submit a Multi-Family Site Plan for Planning and Fire Marshal review for compliance with Chapter 42 and Fire Marshal review of Appendix D, along with a site work permit.
- Option 2 – Submit a Multi-Family site plan for Planning and Fire Marshal review for compliance with Chapter 42 and Fire Marshal review of Appendix D, along with a building permit set.
This process will allow the Multi-Family plans to be added to the regular review cycle. Plans will be routed to and reviewed by Planning and the Fire Marshal. Both departments will make comments if corrections are required.
