The Office of the City Engineer (OCE) has updated the private utility signature requirements for projects located within the city limits.
The following requirements are currently in effect as of November 3, 2025:

Private utility signatures obtained under the previous requirements remain valid and do not need to be updated or resubmitted.

Expired signatures may be updated by adding the new signature block to the cover sheet for private utilities to sign.

Private utility signatures from CenterPoint Energy and AT&T are required only on the project cover sheet.
