Hardship permits for manufactured homes are valid for 1 year and are based on circumstances based or illness, economic, or security.
A placement permit must be purchased when the initial hardship application has been approved.
In addition to the requirements which must be met for each hardship application, the decision is also based on deed restrictions. Inspection is required after renewal application has been received.

Hardship permits are valid for one year.
Once a hardship application has been approved, a placement permit must be purchased in addition to the permits for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Each permit will require inspections in order for the utilities to be released to the utility companies.
