A Manufactured Home Placement Permit is required when a manufactured home is initially placed in a space inside a licensed manufactured home park.
After the manufactured home placement inspection is approved, the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical contractors may purchase their permits for utilities.

Application for Placement Permit of Manufactured Home (CE-1230)
The following information must be provided on the application:
- Address where the manufactured home will be placed,
- Size,
- Year,
- Cost,
- Serial number,
- Make and Model, and
- Dealer and installer information.

The address where the manufactured home will be placed must be in a licensed manufactured home park.
Placement Inspection
Inspector will inspect the tie down and will ensure that the manufactured home was placed on the correct lot and that it has the proper distance from the surrounding manufactured homes as stated in the ordinance.
