The Emergency Responder Radio Coverage (ERRC) Initial Grid Test Report (Pretest) form is used to check for radio coverage in a building to determine if the building has the radio coverage required by code, or if a Bidirectional Antenna System is needed to be installed in the building to boost the signal and enhance the coverage to meet the code.

This form shall be completed and submitted to the field inspector for the following commercial projects: new construction, additions, complete remodels, and complete new ac systems.
