Definition terms related to existing building alterations that are used for administrative processes associated with plan review and permitting. 

This form is to assist in the plan review, permit and inspection process for those properties that have been required by the Airport Land Use ordinance to meet sound attenuation requirements. This form is to be completed by the designer or builder to ensure that either the prescriptive code requirements are met or an approved assembly is utilized to meet the requirements in the building code.

This technical memo is to provide an overview on the decision between choosing the Uniform Mechanical Code (UMC) vs. the International Mechanical Code (IMC). The Construction Code Modernization (CCM) and the Customer Assistance and Code Development (CACD) staff, alongside Jensen Hughes, reviewed and compared the two codes for consideration to adopt the IMC during this code modernization.
