Airport Land Use - Sound Attenuation Form (CE1202)

This form is to assist in the plan review, permit and inspection process for those properties that have been required by the Airport Land Use ordinance to meet sound attenuation requirements. This form is to be completed by the designer or builder to ensure that either the prescriptive code requirements are met or an approved assembly is utilized to meet the requirements in the building code.
