Permit Description
Street dedication plat shall mean a plat that illustrates only the location and right-of-way of one or more public streets to be dedicated by the street dedication plat.
After Approval
- Applicant must submit plat for recordation at the City of Houston Planning Department Office located at 611 Walker, 6th Floor, Houston, TX 77002.
- Once recordation is completed, the plat is recorded with the Harris County Clerk's Office.
Conditions & Exceptions
Conditions and exceptions are listed on the Action Agenda approved application CPC101 from the Planning Commission meeting. Proposed project submitted for building permit must comply.
