Updated: Building Code Enforcement Application Forms and Standard Drawings

The Building Code Enforcement team has updated several forms to align with the 2021 Building Codes:

• After Hours Review Service Guide and Form (CE1251)
• Residential One-Stop Guidelines (CE1050)
• Residential Prerequisite Checklist (CE1301)

Additionally, the team has revised the following "Standard Drawings" to comply with the 2021 Houston Construction Code:

• 24-09-C: 2-Hour Fire Wall
• 24-10-R: Residential Carport Setback
• 24-11-R: Residential Mobile Home Deck
