Update: Building Code Enforcement Application Forms and Standard Drawings | March 2025

The Building Code Enforcement team has updated several forms to align with the 2021 Building Codes:

• Emergency Responder Radio Coverage Guideline (CE-1350)
• One-Stop Walk-In Service Qualifications for Residential Plan Review (CE-1411)
• Solar APP+ Application Guidelines_(CE-1410)
• Stationary Engineer License Requirements CE-1221

The team has also revised the following "Standard Drawings" to comply with the 2021 Houston Construction Code:

• 25-01-R Two Family Dwelling Horizontal Separation
• 25-02-R Residential Stair Details
