The Office of the City Engineer will change the Storm Drainage group's walk-in service from in-person to virtual in an attempt to increase the use of the service by customers. Beginning on Monday, Jan. 30, 2023, a walk-in review can be requested by emailing [email protected]. Include the project number in the email's subject line. Only one project per email request.
Projects that meet the qualifications will be reviewed between 8 am and 3 pm on Mondays. Please review the walk-in guidelines for more details. Confirmation will be sent via email that your project was accepted for walk-in review. Plans must be resubmitted and available in ProjectDox for review at the time of service.
