Over the next few weeks, the second floor of the Houston Permitting Center will be under construction. During this time, most staff from the Office of the City Engineer (OCE) will be working at alternate locations. We recommend reaching your assigned reviewer via email.
The OCE plan distribution window will remain open during construction but staffing will be limited. The window will be closed from 12-1 pm daily for lunch. Mylar walk-through on Thursdays will be closed during the construction period. Please drop off your mylars at the window.
The Fire Permits Office and Open Records Office will also remain open during construction.
All services are expected to return to normal operations by June 9, 2023. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
