Public Comments Requested for 2019-2020 Review Cycle

The Standards Review Committee was established to review, revise, and update documents and standards for Houston Public Works. Public input and participation is requested by the submittal of proposals for suggested changes, comments, recommendations, and other information.

During the 2019-2020 review cycle, the SRC will review chapters 6, 10 and 12 of the Infrastructure Design Manual and the associated design standards and criteria, technical specifications, and standard details and drawings. The department's design standards can be referenced at:

All interested parties are requested to submit proposals beginning August 1 through September 30, 2019 . All proposed changes and revisions must be submitted with the revisions form filled out in its entirety in order to be considered for review. The revision form can be found at:
