The Planning and Development Department is launching a new version of PlatTracker on Monday, April 14, 2025, at 6:00 a.m.
This updated version will improve efficiency for land planners, civil engineers and surveyors to submit subdivision plat applications for review and presentation to the Houston Planning Commission.
During the transition:
- Online payments will pause starting at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 10, 2025, and resume when the new system goes live.
- The current portal will be unavailable from 8:00 a.m. Friday, April 11, 2025, through 6:00 a.m. April 14, 2025.
- Some users may need to re-register or resubmit drafts. Affected users have been notified.
