If you have not received your payment confirmation email from Chase or experiences other connectivity issues, you can unlock your shopping cart and retry your payment. If this procedures fails after several attempts, please contact the appropriate section for further assistance.
How to unlock your shopping cart
Log into your iPermits account. On the main menu, select the Review Your Recent Shopping Cart Entries button:
On the next page, select the appropriate Sales Order number:
On the next page, select the Delete This Sale Order button. Select OK to confirm the deletion.
