Effective Aug. 11, 2022, approved Building Code Enforcement (BCE) and Office of the City Engineer (OCE) projects that are more than 3 years old were archived and removed from users’ project list. HPW IT made this change to alleviate system performance issues affecting user profiles.
Should access to an archived project be needed for revision or project final, the original applicant may submit a request to IT via the Report an IT Issue webform. For copies of approved plan sets, please submit a request through Open Records.
City employees should submit a request for access via the ServiceNow portal.
