- If you cannot pay online? You can bring your sales order to our office, where you can pay at the cashier counter or use your Advance Pay Account (APA).
- Have you been charged twice? If so, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, which may take up to 10 business days.
- Do you still need your permit issued? Once our system has been restored, all permits will be issued for all processed payments.
