Effective Monday, September 12, 2022, as part of the Houston Permitting Center’s Approved in 2 initiative, all plans re-submitted through electronic plan review (ProjectDox) to the Office of the City Engineer will require a detailed response for each changemark issued by a plan reviewer in the previous review cycle in the Applicant Response column.

Failure to provide appropriate response comments will result in plans sent back to the applicant upon resubmittal to the Office of the City Engineer. Plans will not be routed for department reviews until response comments are provided.
