Effective immediately, a Deed Restriction Declaration will no longer be required when submitting an Application for Occupancy Compliance Inspection except for Live/Work and Residential Facility occupancies. Two versions of the application have been created and can be found on our website:
- Application for Occupancy Compliance Inspection (Form CE-1045A) - Complete this form when applying for a Certificate of Occupancy for existing buildings or lease spaces except for Live Work units and Residential Facilities.
- Application for Occupancy Compliance Inspection (Form CE-1045B) - Complete this application and declaration when applying for a Certificate of Occupancy for Live Work units and Residential Facilities only.
