To prevent duplicate transactions, we ask that you wait a few minutes and check your associated bank account before attempting to resubmit the payment.
Below are the timelines for any duplicate payments that may occur:
- Debit | Credit Card Payments: Refunded by the next business day
- ACH | E-Check Payments: Refunded within 10 business days by the financial institution's guidelines
