All valid applications accepted as administratively complete prior to the close of business Thursday, June 30, 2022, will be processed under the current impact fee rate. Impact fees for applications accepted thereafter will be assessed at:
- Wastewater: $1,662.17 per service unit
- Water: $1,658.56 per service unit
The impact fees beginning Friday, July 1, 2022, will be assessed in accordance with City of Houston, Texas, Ordinance Number 2021-388.
