The Houston Permitting Center is piloting a new appointment booking program called Microsoft Bookings. The pilot started with the Office of the City Engineer's Public Utilities and Permits section and will expand to other plan review teams later this summer.
The Office of the City Engineer offers the following appointment services:
- Online Teams meetings for Water/Wastewater Plan Reviews
- Online Teams meetings for Facility Plan Reviews
- In-person meetings for Easement Dedication Submittals and General Questions
To use the Bookings page, select a service, then select your assigned reviewer from the staff list. Choose an available date and time and complete the required fields.
A confirmation email will be sent. For online meetings, the email will include links to your Microsoft Teams meeting.
