Comments for Missing Applicant Response Letter

Effective Sep. 15, 2022, all plans resubmitted to Building Code Enforcement must include a response letter uploaded to the Applicant Response folder. Plans that do not include a response letter will be rejected.

Comments for this rejection are not carried over to the Plan Review Status page. The applicant will need to check in ProjectDox. Follow these steps to learn how:

1. Log into ProjectDox  
2. Go to the project number in question. Verify the status says Corrections Requested 
3. Click on the Workflow Portals button 
4. Click on the Applicant Resubmit Task link 
5. A new window will pop up. Scroll down to Coordinator Comments. An example of the rejection comments due to a missing applicant response letter is below.
