The Houston Permitting Center is retiring all Advanced Pay Accounts (APA) on December 31, 2024. A request to close an APA account can be processed at any time and customers will receive a refund for their APA balance.
Starting on November 30, 2024:

Deposits into APA accounts will no longer be allowed.

Customers can still use any remaining balance to buy permits and services.
Starting on January 1, 2025

No further purchases will be allowed through the iPermits Portal.
