Correction: Beginning January 2, 2024, Building Code Enforcement will no longer permit post-tension foundations in townhome construction OR when the proposed foundation crosses a property line in any residential foundation application.
The current 2015 Code Word for post-tension foundations, 2015 CW-R07, has been updated to reflect this policy change. This new date will coincide with the effective date of the 2021 Construction Code.
