1. Pre-design exception meeting with FMO plan reviewer and/or Supervising Engineer,
2. Copy of plans and supporting documentation for design exception,
3. Letter signed and sealed by a TX licensed Professional Engineer stating summary of design options
Apply in person at 1002 Washington Avenue, 3rd Floor (by appointment only)
Requires review and approval by Floodplain Management reviewer and Supervising/Managing Engineer prior to having the City Engineer's endorsement
