- Traffic Warrant Check from Municipal Courts,
- have insurance agent send ACORD 25 form over,
- Criminal History Check includes certain items in 10 year history may require a hearing to authorize or deny. The hearing is conducted in compliance with the State Occupations Code Standards. (Information posted on website.)
