Permit Description
License is required for anyone working in sexually oriented business as an entertainer or manager. Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
After Approval
License must be on their person during working hours. One copy of the entertainer license stays with person and the other copy stays with the manager while working.

Applicant's fingerprint background check must pass.
