The Emergency Responder Radio Coverage (ERRC) Special Inspection/Survey Report is used when performing a Third-Party Special Inspection of an installed ERRC system, or when running a Survey for an existing building.
This form is to be completed by building management and is to certify smoke alarm installation in existing apartment buildings at the time of the Life Safety Inspection.
This form shall be completed and submitted to the field inspector for the following residential projects: new construction, additions, complete remodels (all interior walls and ceilings are removed, or home square footage is changed ), and complete new ac systems.
