UPDATE: Building Code Enforcement will no longer move to change policy on post-tension foundations in townhome construction effective for the January 2, 2024 Code Adoption.
Instead, Building Code Enforcement will now require post-tension foundations be an included item in "common area agreements" where the post-tension foundation is crossing property lines or ownership.
