On Monday, March 7, 2022, One-Stop Plan Review will begin a pilot program for in-person customer appointments. This service will be limited to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
The purpose of the appointments is to assist the general public with any inquiries regarding One-Stop projects. Appointments are limited to 45 minutes and will only allow for a maximum of two project reviews for single-form projects. Submitted plans will not be reviewed for approval during the appointment. All submittals must still go through ProjectDox.
Appointments can be made through the online appointment scheduler. Appointments that are not One-Stop related are subject to cancellation.
