Electronic Plan Review Issues

Updates for May 9, 2022

As of 3:45 pm: The issue has been resolved. IT identified 97 projects that were affected and is working to restart the workflows. The error occurred on residential and commercial projects between 5 pm on Friday, May 6, and 1 pm on Monday, May 9. No other project types were affected, such as sign projects and the Office of the City Engineer projects.

If your project has not been fixed by the close of business tomorrow, May 10, please contact IT via our online form.   

 

As of 12 pm: IT is aware of an issue with the electronic plan review process and is assessing the root cause of the errors. Updates will be provided to this page.

Customers have reported a variety of issues such as the inability to upload documents, missing buttons, and missing tasks. If your project is affected, please report it to IT via our online form.
