The Emergency Responder Radio Coverage (ERRC) Initial Grid Test Report (Pretest) form is used to check for radio coverage in a building to determine if the building has the radio coverage required by code, or if a Bidirectional Antenna System is needed to be installed in the building to boost the signal and enhance the coverage to meet the code.

The Emergency Responder Radio Coverage (ERRC) Special Inspection/Survey Report is used when performing a Third-Party Special Inspection of an installed ERRC system, or when running a Survey for an existing building.
This form is to be used for occupied residences only. Form must be received at least one day before the requested inspection date.
