The Emergency Responder Radio Coverage (ERRC) Initial Grid Test Report (Pretest) form is used to check for radio coverage in a building to determine if the building has the radio coverage required by code, or if a Bidirectional Antenna System is needed to be installed in the building to boost the signal and enhance the coverage to meet the code.

BUILDING CODE ENFORCEMENT EMERGENCY RESPONDER RADIO COVERAGE (ERRC) DESIGNER/LEAD INSTALLATION PERSONNEL QUALIFICATION STATEMENT

The Emergency Responder Radio Coverage (ERRC) Special Inspection/Survey Report is used when performing a Third-Party Special Inspection of an installed ERRC system, or when running a Survey for an existing building.

This acknowledgement must be completed by the licensee and submitted to the Fire Marshal’s Office prior to scheduling a final inspection.
