Manufactured Home Park License
License renewal for Manufactured Home and Recreational Vehicle (RV) Parks.
After the park inspection is approved, the license is renewed and the park can continue to operate.
- Application and detailed plot plan must be submitted for the renewal process.
- Plan Review is initially required for new parks.
- Initial and renewal fees vary depending on the number of manufactured homes and recreational vehicle spaces.
