Includes submitting a request that all substantial damage or repetitive loss designation and all permit holds be removed from your property after property is brought into compliance with elevation provisions of Chapter 19. The release letter also serves as an ICC Certificate of Compliance.

Applicant will receive letter by mail or email

Conditions and Exceptions

Substantial damage ILMS hold will remain on address until increased cost of compliance guidelines have been met and job has been inspected by FMO inspectors
