Substantial Damage Estimate (SDE)
Any property owner or plan reviewer requesting that FMO complete a Substantial Damage Estimate assessment of a property must complete and submit this form. FMO will send the results to the owner’s address.
Applicant can either contact the Floodplain Management Office for their SDE results or return to the office to complete the permitting process or complete the substantial damage determination request. FMO will send the results to the owner's address.
If substantially damaged, no repair/improvement/conversion permit will be issued until the structure is brought into compliance by elevation
