Plan approval is required for the construction of a residential pool in a single-family home or duplex. This is not for above ground pools or spas.

  • Complete a building permit application
  • Complete a deed restrictions declaration form
  • Pay the plan review fees

Plan Review Submit Online Steps

Once fees are paid, you will receive an invitation to upload your plans in ProjectDox. A username and temporary password will be included in your invitation if you are new to ProjectDox.

Follow the instructions in the email to complete your plan submission. For more details, please review the user guide

Inspection What you need

Residential plans will be reviewed in field by Structural Inspections. If approved, the Health Department will also approve according to Structural's ok.
