Residential Parking Permit - Service Provider Permit
Permit provides for parking in a designated residential permit parking area. Only residents of the permit area may apply for permits which allows for parking along the street during the designated enforcement period.
Permit must be displayed on the vehicle while parked in the permit area during the enforcement period.
Limit 2 per residence.
Parking citations
All delinquent parking citations must be resolved before permit can be issued.
Fees and Taxes
Permit is subject to sales tax. Fees are pro-rated when applicable.
Valid period
Permit is valid on a pro-rated basis throughout the year.

- Form of payment: cash (in person only), check, cashier's check, money order, or credit card (Visa, Discover, MasterCard)
- Log in or create an account.
- Choose submit permit request and upload the required documents.
- ParkHouston will review and make a determination.
- If approved, the applicant will be notified to return to the website to purchase the permits. Permits are either mailed or picked up.

Renewal notices are mailed out mid-November.
