Starting February 7, 2022, resubmitted plans will be assigned to the plan reviewer or engineer that completed the first review. This change will provide continuity in service that will reduce the number of review cycles to receive plan approval. Single-reviewer assignment applies to all departments that participate in the plan review process for private and public construction.
Customers will receive a notification when their assigned reviewer or engineer has scheduled extended time-off. Customers may choose to wait until the reviewer returns or allow another reviewer or supervisor to review their plan.
