All valid applications accepted as administratively complete before the close of business on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, will be processed under the current impact fee rates.
Impact fees for applications accepted thereafter will be assessed at:

Drainage: $25.56 per service unit
The impact fees beginning Wednesday, July 1, 2026, will be assessed in accordance with City of Houston ordinance numbers 47-884, 2023-200, and 2021-388.
