As of 3:30 pm, the Houston Permitting Center is experiencing phone issues on its main lines. Customers have been unable to hear the service provider on the phone line. In addition, service providers are receiving busy signals when dialing numbers outside the network.
Customers are advised to use email or live chat to contact service providers in the building.
IT is working to resolve the issue. Updates will be provided on this page.
