Paving permit is granted for constructing/paving public street inside City limits. For the repair, improvement and/or maintenance of an alley
After permit is issued, all paperwork will be delivered to Construction/Inspection group, customer is required to call the inspector on file 48 hours before construction starts.
Requires Plan Review for Utilities in the Right of Way prior to applying for permit. The approved plans is only valid for one year.
1. Two copies of approved Plan & Profile drawings; 2. Three copies of original application form; 3. Original bond.
1. Bring the completed application and required documents to the 2nd floor. 2. Bring the sales order to the Cashier Booth on the first floor to complete payment for the plan review fee. 3. Bring the payment receipt to the Intake Window on the 2nd floor. Permit will be issued.
the approved plans is only valid for one year
After issuing the approved permit, the customer is required to give a 48-hr notice to the inspector's group prior to start any paving construction work.
